Kimberlee's Response to the statement in the police affidavit (page 3) that he (meaning Larkin) advised that he had been following the defendant because the courts did not have a good address for the defendant and that the courts had told him to find her for them and to call when they located her. He advised that he had contacted Deputy Sheriff Barrows and he advised that he was locating the vehicle as they spoke. Once Larkin Forney found out that the defendant had been located he stopped following her is an incorrect grouping of sentences and doesn't make sense and isn't the truth.

I located where Ashley Terjelian Meek and Robert Meek were/are hiding Larkin Forney's daughter (in order to isolate the abuse and keep it secretive.) NOT him. This statement makes it sound like he was following them...but doesn't make sense. Larkin Forney found out that the defendant had been located and stopped following her? The court judge did leave it up to Larkin to locate Ashley and his daughter in order for the court order to be be mailed or delivered to the defendant, Ashley Terjelian. He stated, well, I don't have a police force.

I located Ashley because while driving one day, Robert Meek passed me in traffic in Essex Junction and LEERED at me. That is why I noticed him and noticed what type of car he was driving which was a VERY noticible, bright blue jeep type vehicle with tinted windows and a white design on the back. I then went to my post office box one day in Essex Junction. My post office parking lot is also the Big Lots parking lot and that is where I noticed the parked blue vehicle that Robert was driving days previously. I called my brother and got the Sherriff's number, and spoke with a dispatcher and the Sherriff.

I am trying to stop the abuse of my niece and I called them for help.

Upon locating Ashley's residence, I and my brother were threatened or ignored by authority figures regarding our attempts to stop the abuse of his daughter (such as finding her). No charges are filed against the mother for not following court orders. She has been abusive and in contempt of court ever since her daughter's birth and before.

She is damaging her children.

Ashley has also filed many fabricated reports saying that she is fearful of Larkin. She has also lied about me in her statements to police. She is a liar. She is an abuser. She is a mother. She is in contempt of court.
